Digital Streaming Service Platform

ARTEC TELECOM is a platform that works as a complement to the current Cable Television service for clients of ARTEC TELECOM SpA who have contracted the Internet service with the company. The access and use of the ARTEC TELECOM APP will have no additional cost for our clients. ARTEC TELECOM content will only be available to our customers within our network.

The content of the ARTEC TELECOM platform will only be available through the customer's Home Internet Access plan through their current fiber optic Internet service. The client will be able to access the content at home through multiple platforms, being able to register on two (2) devices; and, use ARTEC TELECOM simultaneously on one (1) device.

ARTEC TELECOM is exempt from liability for programming content, signal modification, interruptions, defects or failures in their quality. ARTEC TELECOM may modify the television channels included in the application; for this purpose, the changes will be informed by means of an official communication to the email used by the client at the time of installation of the service and will also be published on the ARTEC TELECOM SpA website. The client acknowledges that the ARTEC TELECOM application is susceptible to failures and interruptions; therefore, the inoperability of the application may occur for certain periods of time; in the face of such events, ARTEC TELECOM undertakes to normalize the service on its platform, in the shortest possible time, without this implying any responsibility for ARTEC TELECOM SpA.

Access to the ARTEC TELECOM application will be through a username and password that will be provided by the client at the time of installing the cable TV service at their home, if they are forgotten, the client may request them by mail. electronically or through our call center after verifying your data. The customer may change this password at any time. The client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. The client is responsible for the use of his account, including the unauthorized use of third parties. The Client must report to ARTEC TELECOM in case of disclosure of the unauthorized use of his account.

The ARTEC TELECOM application will be accessible through the following devices. Mobile IOS 10.0 or above. Android mobile/tablets 4.1 or higher. Web Browser (Firefox – Chrome – Opera – Edge, Safari), All versions currently supported. Decoders duly authorized and installed in the customer's home by ARTEC TELECOM SpA.

Content Protection: The contents of the ARTEC TELECOM application are protected by copyright of their respective owners. The client may not, by any means, withdraw, alter, elude or interfere with copyright notices, trademarks or other types of proprietary notices inserted in the content accessed. The client is prohibited from appropriating content, streaming or retransmitting it, by any means or application.

Personal information: The client expressly authorizes ARTEC TELECOM to use and process the personal data and use of the ARTEC TELECOM platform. The client, in accordance with the Law, can request the updating of information, rectification, deletion and opposition of their data registration.

To access and use the ARTEC TELECOM application, the client must accept the Conditions that have been referred to above; Likewise, subsequent modifications of the Conditions of Use will be of mandatory application from the date of their publication.
